What is Pinsa?
A very special dough made with a mix of 17 different families of high quality non-GMO grains milled in South Rome, Italy. Because of its long proofing process and high quality content Pinsas are considered the lightest, most digestible, and healthiest crust on the market. Our Pinsas are then topped with a mix of high quality ingredients making them the most unique "pizzas" you ever tasted.
When can I try it?
Our ready to eat Pinsas are available Fridays and Saturdays Evening from 5-8. Our Bake it at Home Pinsas will soon be available Monday - Saturday during business hours.
