What is Pinsa?
A very special dough made with a mix of 17 different families of high quality non-GMO grains milled in South Rome, Italy. Because of its long proofing process and high quality content Pinsas are considered the lightest, most digestible, and healthiest crust on the market. Our Pinsas are then topped with a mix of high quality ingredients making them the most unique "pizzas" you ever tasted.
When can I try it?
Our ready to eat Pinsas are available Fridays and Saturdays Evening from 5-8 for dine in or take out. Our Bake it at Home Pinsas are available Tuesday - Saturday during business hours.
Bake it at Home Pinsas
Our "Bake it at Home" Pinsa Pizzas are now available to purchase. They are sealed and can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Heat up your oven and enjoy a delicious Pinsa any day any time! Call us to check what we have available in our fridge or pre order yours today!
You may also purchase just the dough and let your imagination do the rest. The dough is pre baked and can be kept in the freezer for up to 30 days.
